Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a .NET Software Engineer to join our development team in a hybrid role based in Chattanooga, TN. You will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade software solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework/.NET Core, aligning with SDLC best practices.

You will collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, and optimize performance while ensuring secure, scalable code.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT concepts and SDLC knowledge.
5+ years of hands-on enterprise software development experience.
5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
4+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design patterns, security, and performance tuning.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
