Truist is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and modernize Wealth & Trust applications. You will build scalable .NET/C#, Node.js, and Angular solutions, integrate REST APIs with AWS services, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, Data, and Business teams to improve client experience and platform reliability.

The role focuses on modernizing legacy platforms, migrating to cloud architectures, and delivering secure, observable, and resilient software

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components addressing business and user requirements.
• Implements advanced features using coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
• Leads code reviews and provides feedback to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan and execute technical initiatives.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex software defects and production issues with root-cause analysis.
• Participates in full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Applies secure coding practices and documentation standards for compliance and quality.
• Mentors junior engineers to foster growth and best practices.
