Job summary

Zuven Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Support & Development Engineer in New York to own production incidents and modernize a diverse Microsoft-based portfolio.

You will work across SharePoint, Power Platform, and SQL Server environments, delivering changes with care and documentation. You will triage issues, implement enhancements to .NET/ASP.NET/VB.NET code, and collaborate with analysts to translate requests into testable work items.

Qualifications

• Experience triaging production incidents and delivering durable fixes.
• Ability to navigate legacy and modern Microsoft tech stacks.
• Familiarity with Power Platform components and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production incidents across the app portfolio with clear RCA and durable fixes.
• Deliver enhancements to .NET, ASP.NET, and VB.NET codebases while preserving behavior.
• Learn existing systems quickly to troubleshoot and implement changes per patterns.
• Build and extend solutions across SharePoint Online and Power Platform with focus on Power Apps/Automate.
• Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases, procedures, indexes, and schedules.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requests into testable changes.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows for root-cause analysis, patch drafting, and runbook docs.
• Own post-incident reviews and convert findings into backlog items.
