Qualifications

• Must be highly self-motivated and able to manage projects end-to-end with documentation.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience and 3 years working with SharePoint.
• Proficient with SharePoint 2019 and Office suite applications.
• Hands-on experience with custom SharePoint 2019 solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2016/2019 and Office 365/SharePoint Online.
• Experience supporting sites with custom workflows using SP Designer, JSOM, JavaScript, Visual Studio, JQuery, CAML and custom web parts.
• Experience administering sites hosting apps via JSOM and REST endpoints.
• Ability to document requirements with users and demonstrate automation.
• SQL/MS Access and MySQL/DB2 knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for SharePoint environments.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and build prototypes using out-of-the-box patterns.
• Identify process shortcomings and recommend improvements.
• Design sites and code with stakeholders' SharePoint sites.
• Create and maintain SharePoint templates.
• Assist migration to SharePoint 2019 from 2007.
• Support SharePoint Online sites, scripting, configurations, governance and best practices.
• Design solutions using standard web technologies: JavaScript, OAuth, OData, HTML5, CSS3.
• Follow established patterns for Content Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management.
• Attend customer meetings and provide technical guidance to team.
