Job summary

ASM Research seeks a Developer III to lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex enterprise software in a regulated environment using C#, .NET, React, RESTful APIs, and Azure. Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressively responsible software development, web application development, and application operations and maintenance.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, packaging, deployment, and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex full-stack software applications using current .NET platforms, C#, RESTful APIs, and React-based user interfaces.
• Translate functional requirements into secure technical designs, reusable components, data-access patterns, interface contracts, development estimates, and implementation plans.
• Assess existing application architecture, resolve complex production defects, reduce technical debt, and improve reliability and performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that validate PRs, lint, build, test, package, deploy, and verify releases.
• Apply secure software delivery practices, including code reviews, vulnerability remediation, secrets management, access controls, and change-management controls.
• Use Azure cloud services to host, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and scale enterprise applications with telemetry.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments.
• Mentor less-experienced developers and reinforce engineering standards across operations, maintenance, and modernization.
