Qualifications

• Strong experience in production support and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications, including APIs and background jobs.
• Monitor DLQs and message topics to ensure delivery.
• Implement enhancements, fix defects, and manage version upgrades for .NET apps.
• Handle Incident and Change Management using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with GP, deployment, QA, and product teams to support releases.
• Manage and monitor GCP workloads and investigate traffic anomalies.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, DB sync issues, and service integrations.
• Coordinate with DB teams to run SQL scripts and ensure data consistency.
