Job summary

Intone Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lead Application Developer for a full-time, 12-month engagement to lead application development efforts across locations. You will design, develop, and maintain .NET web applications, mentor teammates, and drive API-driven solutions.

You will work in an AGILE environment, integrate AWS services, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of .NET web application development experience.
• Experience with C#, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, and SQL technologies.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM, and TypeScript CDK.
• Experience with AGILE software development life cycle.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Office applications.
• Strong understanding of database schemas and querying tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve defects with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of developing and consuming APIs and web services; GitLab CI/CD pipelines; AI-driven development patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET web applications using C#, MVC, and related technologies.
• Lead and mentor team members and help others develop technical and professional capabilities.
• Analyze and resolve application defects with thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to automate technical requirements and processes.
• Develop and consume APIs and web services using REST, SOAP, and other standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams located onshore and offshore.
• Work within an AGILE software development lifecycle environment.
• Apply quality assurance processes, tools, and methodologies throughout development.
• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM) in application architecture.
• Utilize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members regarding technical requirements and progress.
