Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in .NET/C# to lead authentication platforms within IAM. The role balances system design and hands-on coding in a fast-paced Agile environment, with a 50/50 split and collaboration across engineering teams.

The position is Hybrid in Austin, TX, for a 3-month contract with strong extension potential. Candidates should have 7+ years in C#/.NET, frontend JS/TS experience (Angular or React), and deep IAM expertise, ready to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
7+ years in C#/.NET and API development for high-performance services.
Frontend experience with Angular or React.
IAM architectures, authentication protocols and federated identity.
NoSQL stores such as MongoDB or Aerospike.
CI/CD automation and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise authentication platforms across environments.
Architect distributed, high-availability systems with low latency.
Define roadmaps with cross-functional teams and manage risk.
Build and maintain identity and credential services for partner networks.
Champion code health with reviews, TDD, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence.
Diagnose production issues using metrics and logs.
