Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer for a 3-month contract in Austin, Texas. This hybrid role requires four days in the client office, delivering hands-on leadership in an Agile environment and supporting an authentication platform.

The Senior .NET/C# Developer will drive design and development, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver on schedule and quality, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architecture and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in server-side development with C# and .NET technologies.
• Designing solutions for high availability, throughput, and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary system architecture and development standards.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
• Background in AI development and Specification-Driven Development.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Proficient in software development using .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of organizational software products through QA, UAT, and Production phases.
• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with the Scrum Master and product owner for development sizing and cost analysis estimates.
• Work on story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to uphold software quality standards.
• Support Identity and credential management systems for Authentication.
• Conduct regular reviews and code quality improvement sessions.
