Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the enterprise IAM – Directory Services team. You will design and build secure, scalable identity solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Angular in a large enterprise environment.

The role focuses on integrating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, developing automation, and delivering RBAC and just-in-time access workflows. This position is based in Los Angeles area, with hands-on development and cross-team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on development with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, SQL Server
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience automating against Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, LDAP, directory objects and groups
• Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Ability to design and deliver production-ready solutions in a complex enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Angular, and TypeScript
• Develop REST APIs and microservices integrating with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Build self-service portals and workflows to automate identity management
• Develop PowerShell automation for identity and directory operations
• Automate AD group lifecycle management including naming standards and cleanup
• Work on RBAC, request-and-approval workflows, and just-in-time access
• Automate onboarding, lifecycle, and decommissioning of non-human identities
• Create tooling for identity discovery, ownership attestation, and credential rotation
• Develop governance and compliance controls for AD and Entra ID
• Build dashboards and reporting for identity security and compliance
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, testing, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with identity engineers, security architects, and application teams
