Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. .Net Developer II to act as a senior full-stack engineer and technical lead in a hybrid role based in Washington, DC. You will build and modernize enterprise apps using .NET and React, shape architecture, drive standards, and mentor developers while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and onsite capability in the DMV area.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core).
Experience leading technical teams and making architecture decisions for enterprise apps.
Proficient in React (hooks, components, state, responsive UI).
Experience with API/server-side apps (Node.js).
Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted primary contact for stakeholders and deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
Review intake requests, clarify objectives, and gather missing information.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.
Route requests to solution architects and analysts for best response.
Coordinate across teams to shepherd requests from submission to solution.
Communicate status and timelines in non-technical language; manage expectations.
Monitor intake metrics and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Refine workflow and routing logic based on feedback.
Maintain records to support governance and reporting.
Build strong relationships with customers and delivery teams.
