Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to help deliver cloud-based applications and infrastructure for our growing customer base. You will design, test, and deploy websites, while supporting and maintaining existing functionality using C#, .NET Core, SQL, and modern frontend tech.

We value solid design patterns, object-oriented programming, and SOLID practices. AI tooling is the default, with experience in health IT or insurance a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of development experience with .NET/C# and modern web tech.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD, and scalable microservices architectures.
• Strong unit/integration testing and Git-based workflows.
• Daily use of AI development tools and ability to review AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications, micro-services, and infrastructure for the platform.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of software.
• Collaborate with team to define and ship new features.
• Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.
• Promote maintainable code, documentation, and automation.
