Qualifications

• Five-plus years of software development with Python and cloud-native apps in Azure.
• Experience building modern web apps with React and TypeScript.
• Solid OO design, patterns, and software architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable applications in Azure.
• Build full-stack solutions using Python, React, TS, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Modify and enhance existing apps; contribute to product delivery via PR reviews.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities (LLMs, RAG) with Azure OpenAI.
• Implement AI orchestration and inference pipelines with performance and cost efficiency.
• Apply secure SDLC practices, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD to production systems.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging AI tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
• Ensure data privacy, security, governance, and compliance for AI-enabled features.
• Independently define and prioritize goals in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align on design and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor engineers on best practices, cloud-native patterns, and AI integration.
• Propose solutions, build consensus, and influence technical direction.
