Job summary

Mission Telecom seeks a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer to develop and support software systems, integrations, and automations across the organization. The central focus is Mission Connect, a custom business application supporting sales, customer management, billing, payments, fulfillment, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven ability to design, build, and support REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, application security, cloud-hosted apps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• This role reports to the CTO and works directly with leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and support applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain secure integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.
• Own database design, Azure operations, CI/CD, and automated testing for business-critical workflows.

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven ability to design, build, and support REST APIs and integrations with third-party business systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, application security, cloud-hosted applications, and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary of $120,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
