Job summary

MAS Global Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join one of our delivery teams. You will work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to architecture, design, and end-to-end software solutions, with autonomy and collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders while mentoring engineers.

Bring 8+ years' experience, strong .NET and AWS skills, frontend with React/Angular, and experience building scalable APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or software engineer.
Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using .NET and AWS Cloud.
Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and/or Angular.
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Demonstrated autonomy with ownership from analysis to delivery.
Excellent communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team with minimal oversight.
Assess urgency and business impact of issues and adjust priorities.
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics throughout development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs on .NET/AWS.
Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React or Angular.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to enable reliable deployments.
