Job summary

MAS Global Consulting is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join one of our delivery teams in New York. You will work across backend and frontend systems, architecting and delivering end-to-end software solutions with autonomy.

Responsibilities include owning quarterly goals, collaborating with product and analytics, and building scalable backend services on AWS plus modern frontend UIs in React or Angular. You will mentor engineers and uphold engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or software engineer.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using .NET and AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience building frontend applications with React and/or Angular.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of autonomy—owning analysis through delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity to ensure delivery.
• Assess urgency and business impact of issues, adjusting priorities accordingly.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics across the product lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using .NET on AWS.
• Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for reliable deployments.
• Investigate issues end-to-end and propose solutions with rationale.
• Identify improvements and lead their resolution.
• Monitor operations to keep applications available and performing.
• Ramp up quickly with deep domain knowledge and proactive ownership.
