Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a seasoned Full Stack Developer in Austin, TX. You will shape customer-facing and backend applications, mentor juniors, and drive best practices in CI/CD and TDD within an agile team.

You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable software that accelerates time to market and enhances client experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full stack development with mentoring experience.
• Strong experience ASP.NET, Angular, .NET/.NET Core, C#, REST APIs.
• Relational databases including SQL and Oracle; cloud/microservices experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to translate goals into Agile stories.
• Perform design and code reviews ensuring quality and guidelines.
• Provide technical direction and mentor team members.
• Hands-on coding, unit testing, and production issue resolution.
• Lead feature design and critical bug fixes from concept to deployment.
• Participate in roadmaps and long-term planning.
• Develop tools and practices to improve team efficiency and operations.
• Partner with developers, product owners, tech leads, and architects.
