Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience developing enterprise level applications
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET 6 / .NET Core, C# / .NET, MVC, MVVM and EF
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML web services
• Experience with Oracle database
• Understanding SDLC with Agile Kanban and Scrum
• Experience leading small teams or projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years' experience
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Position of Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications and support end-to-end software development in an Agile Microsoft environment
• Apply coding standards and performance benchmarks to deliver quality software
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile techniques
• Participate in testing, packaging, and delivery to production
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and respond to feedback
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software processes and code quality
