Job summary

NeuroFlow, based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own full-stack features behind our behavioral health technology. You will design, build, and maintain services, mentor teammates, and help shape architecture while collaborating with product and QA teams to ship reliable software.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong C#/.NET skills, modern front-end work, and a commitment to quality, security, and scalable solutions in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development.
• Strong OOP in C#, TypeScript, and .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue front-end frameworks.
• Experience building backend APIs with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.
• Experience with ORMs and SQL Server (e.g., Entity Framework).

Responsibilities

• Turn team goals into technical plans and build full-stack features.
• Choose methods and tools, justify tradeoffs with the team.
• Identify risks early and propose fixes to keep delivery on track.
• Own prioritization of your assigned work and get approvals.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for your team's services.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Improve testing, tooling, and engineering practices.
