Job summary

NeuroFlow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain full-stack features behind our behavioral health platform. You will own services in your domain, shape technical plans, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high-quality software.

You will work with C#, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks, building APIs, and collaborating across product and QA teams to ship reliable features in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in full-stack web development.
• Proficient in C# and TypeScript with frameworks like Angular/React/Vue.
• Experience building backend APIs using .NET Framework or .NET 5+.

Responsibilities

• Turn team goals into technical plans and design full-stack features.
• Define and assess tradeoffs in tooling and implementation.
• Identify risks early and propose fixes to keep delivery on track.
• Own prioritization of your work and seek manager approval.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions of services.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and other teams to ship features.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
