You will design backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions, work with analysts to refine requirements, and take ownership from analysis to release

Qualifications

• Hands-on backend and frontend with C#/.NET and Blazor.
• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, stored procedures).
• Proficient in Git and Git Flow practices.
• Able to drive tasks from analysis to deployment independently.
• Experience as solo developer and team lead on enterprise projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts and client-side teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions.
• Define modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and improve team processes.
• Own tasks from requirements to release, manage dependencies and escalate issues.
• Evaluate risks and document architectural decisions with mitigation strategies.
