The role focuses on modernizing legacy systems, automating agent management, and shaping technical roadmaps through collaboration with distributed teams in Eastern Europe and stakeholders in the USA. You will design backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions, work with analysts to refine requirements, and take ownership from analysis to release

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions.

• Designing and implementing both backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions
• Working closely with business analysts and client-side technical teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions
• Defining modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and contribute to team process improvements
• Taking ownership of tasks from requirements analysis to release, identify dependencies, and escalation roadblocks independently
• Evaluating technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies and document architectural decisions.

• Hands-on expertise in backend development (C#/.NET) and frontend frameworks (Blazor)
• Strong experience with SQL (e.g., T-SQL, stored procedures)
• Proficient in Git and Git Flow practices

• Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with insurance/financial systems (credit insurance preferred)
• Understanding of system design and ability to create architectural documentation
• Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
