Job summary

Synechron is seeking a senior .Net Developer to design, develop and maintain high-performance software applications. The role emphasizes RESTful API development using C#, .NET Core/6+, and strong SQL optimization within a microservices framework.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of software development, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and a track record in Agile teams. Banking/finance domain knowledge and cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with microservice architecture and containerized application design (5+ years).
• Experience with .NET API for backend API development (5+ years).
• Excellent skills in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6/8 and above, SQL and database performance tuning, Entity Framework, LINQ (5+ years).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development and writing integration, acceptance, and unit tests (5+ years).
• Experience with AI implementation (2+ years).
• Experience with CICD pipeline, Jenkins is preferred.
• Experience with Git (5+ years).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (1+ year).
• Experience in Banking, Finance and Trading domain.
• Experience with Azure and AWS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in establishing processes and best practices around development standards, version control, quality control, deployment, maintenance and change management.
• Work in an Agile environment with developers, admins, and business users.
• Assist developers to solve technical problems and provide solutions for architect improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work independently to solve complex problems and conduct code reviews.
