Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and Angular or React.js.

In this role you will collaborate with product, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment, contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, and application performance improvements across financial services projects.

Qualifications

Must have hands-on experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
Strong experience with microservices architecture and Spring Cloud.
Experience with Apache Kafka and REST API development.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Proficiency in Angular or React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs.
Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or Redis.
Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.js.
Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with product, QA, architecture, and DevOps in an Agile environment.
Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, and performance improvements.
