Job summary

Komodo Consulting seeks a Senior .NET Engineer to design and implement microservices on .NET 8, focusing on scalability and clean architecture. You will build event-driven workflows with AWS SNS/SQS and integrate LLMs with Python-based AI logic, bridging .NET backends with AI capabilities.

You will develop real-time data pipelines using AWS Data Firehose/Streams, ensure code quality with unit/integration tests, and collaborate with SRE to deploy via GitHub Actions and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core / .NET 8.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance microservices using .NET 8, with a focus on scalability and clean architecture.
• Build and refine asynchronous, event-driven workflows using AWS SNS/SQS, ensuring data consistency and system resilience.
• Lead the technical integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core applications, bridging .NET backends with Python-based AI logic.
• Collaborate on the design and development of high-throughput data pipelines using AWS Data Firehose and Data Streams for real-time processing.
• Uphold high code quality standards through unit and integration testing using xUnit and WireMock.
• Work closely with SRE teams to deploy services via GitHub Actions and manage cloud infrastructure through Terraform.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous oversight of code security and efficiency.
