Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in backend and application development for enterprise systems.
• Experience building multi-tier .NET applications using ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PL-SQL knowledge and data modelling skills.
• Experience integrating with SOA, WCF services, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from the Bureau of Special Hearings and OCFS.
• Develop and enhance the SHIS application and interfaces.
• Maintain Oracle Advanced Queuing and related stored procedures.
• Generate ad-hoc SSRS reports to monitor hearings and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure timely hearings and error-free operation.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SHIS system.
