Job summary

Goaugment is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in the United States to design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs. You will work on backend services with C#, .NET/CORE and SQL Server, collaborating with clients to elicit requirements and deliver reliable software.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and RESTful APIs. You will participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to code quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, queries, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Design Patterns.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot application issues and fix bugs.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical queries.
• Handle client discussions and effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
