• 10+ years of senior-level work experience analyzing software systems to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• 10+ years of experience in root cause analysis and resolution.
• 8+ years of experience leading the design and development of web-based applications.
• 8+ years of experience programming in languages including .NET, HTML/HTML5, ASP, Java, JSP, .NET/C#, SQL.
• 8+ years performing complex SDLC tasks across all phases.
• 8+ years of software application administration and management.
• 6+ years of experience with Agile SDLC methodology.
• 6+ years of cross-team collaboration for requirements gathering and development.
• 5+ years of experience implementing software modifications for information security and network security integrity.
• 5+ years leading SDLC teams and directing code validation and release processes.
• 5+ years in technical writing and documenting environment and release notes.
• 5+ years presenting in-person software change demonstrations for customer approval.
• 4+ years experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• 2+ years programming in C# .Net Blazor.
• Experience porting code from Java to C# .NET Blazor (preferred).
• Experience with responsive web design and WCAG accessibility (preferred).
• Experience with TDA systems (preferred).
