Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a senior .NET developer to lead the design and delivery of secure Blazor frontends and robust backends. You will work with Azure services (Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Functions) and implement ARM/Bicep-based infrastructure, while guiding teams across onshore/offshore in an agile SCRUM environment.

The role emphasizes MFA, Azure AD claims, and scalable cloud architectures, with a strong focus on modern .NET tooling and serverless patterns.

Qualifications

• Senior .NET developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, Web API, and EF Core.
• Azure PaaS experience with Cosmos DB and Azure SQL DB.
• Front-end Blazor experience, MFA, and AD claims familiarity.
• CI/CD, agile SCRUM, and offshore/onshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build secure reusable Blazor frontend components and libraries.

Work Authorization:

1. 1 Experience in building frontend applications using the web framework Blazor building secure reusable components and frontend libraries


2. 2 Minimum 8 years of strong hands on development knowledge on DOT NET with Web API Razor Entity Framework SQL DB CRUD operations


3. 3 Azure PaaS Experiences App Service Functions Service Bus Event Grid Storage Accounts Key Vault Application Insights COSMOS DB Azure SQL DB Redis cache Blob storage ADF Logic App etc


4. 4 Front end development experience in developing Reactive Forms implementing MFA authorization and managing Azure Active Directory claims etc
   
   
   
   • i Azure Messaging Notification Hubs or the older Microsoft Azure Notification Hubs for push notifications
   
   
   • ii Azure Cosmos for database operations with Dot Net
   
   
   • iii Azure Messaging Event Grid or Event Hubs if you are tying notifications to event driven architectures
   
   
   • iv Azure Resource Manager libraries for programmatic resource provisioning when not using IaC
   
   
   • v Azure Functions for serverless computing and event driven processing
   
   
   • vi Azure Notification Hubs for cross platform mobile push notifications
   
   
   • vii Bicep or ARM templates for core resource deployments Notification Hubs Cosmos DB APIM Kong infrastructure
   
   
   • viii Proficiency in the current Dot Net stack targeting Dot Net 8 LTS upgrading from Dot Net 6 or 7
   
   
   • ix ASP Dot Net Core Web API best practices middleware dependency injection and logging
   
   
   • x Extensive experience with Entity Framework Core and traditional SQL DB CRUD operations
   
   
   • xi Experience in using direct Azure Cosmos DB or Amazon DynamoDB clients

5. 6 Deep experience with Azure API Management policies XMLbased and Kong API Gateway


6. 7 Strong general knowledge of AWS services including IAM roles Elastic Beanstalk EKS Kubernetes and serverless architectures Lambda


7. 8 Working knowledge of Version Control Systems like Azure DevOps or GitHub Repos with experience in Pull Request code reviews branch merges or similar


8. 9 Understanding and experience in running CICD pipelines


9. 10 Adherence to good coding practices and the ability to quickly adopt clientspecific coding standards


10. 11 Should be able to develop and perform Unit testing role and would require interaction with client BA


11. 12 Working on agile scrum project is required


12. 13 Experience of working in onshore and offshore model ensuring seamless communication and delivery
