Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver web apps, dashboards, and backend integrations in an agile environment. You will build modern UIs, connect backend systems with complex data objects, and embed AI capabilities across the application ecosystem.

Requirements include 5+ years in full stack development, expertise with React/Angular/Vue and Node.js/Python/Java/C#, plus DevOps and cloud experience. Knowledge of healthcare data and HIPAA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and data visualization.
• 3+ years backend development (Node.js, Python, Java, C#) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs and complex data objects.
• DevOps practices including CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience or strong knowledge integrating AI APIs into software features.
• Troubleshooting full stack applications, databases and integrations.
• YAML configurations and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Healthcare data familiarity and HIPAA considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
