Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

The role is hybrid and open to candidates located in NYC, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, and Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

5+ years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
Build and enhance conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Develop and implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
