The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

The role is hybrid and open to candidates located in NYC, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, and Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
  • Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end.

About The Job You’re Considering

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in C#/.NET development, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently design, develop, and implement scalable solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

Your Role
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
  • Build and enhance conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Develop and implement solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across multiple environments.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 5 plus years development experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core
  • Experience building solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end
  • Capable of making sound technical, architectural, and coding design decisions based on best practices
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Preferred:Azure and DevOps experience
  • Familiarity with AI-powered and automation solutions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
