CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer for Medicare Technology. You will lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, influencing technical direction across teams and driving DevSecOps practices.

Role emphasizes modern full‑stack development, cloud-native architectures, API/microservices design, and data integration to improve healthcare outcomes. Strong mentoring and collaboration are required in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience building modern web apps with Blazor and front-end technologies.
• Expertise in full‑stack development including services, APIs, databases, and UI.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL for data modeling, queries, and tuning.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevSecOps with GitHub/GitHub Actions.
• Strong patterns, secure coding, testing, and monitoring.
• Led technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience; cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with CoPilot and MCP servers to build/document workflows.
