Job summary

DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Backend Software Developer to join our remote, US-based team. You will design and build scalable .NET applications, focusing on reliability, security, and performance for healthcare data platforms.

We value experience with EDI/HL7, HIPAA compliance, microservices, and modern CI/CD practices. You will collaborate with product owners, improve CI/CD pipelines, and help ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud and containerized environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years hands-on .NET backend development.
Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
Experience with secure API design and authentication/authorization.
Experience profiling and optimizing large-scale transaction systems.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI/HL7) and HIPAA compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

Design and architect complex backend systems.
Follow best practices in coding and testing.
Own components from development through release.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve scalability and performance.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
