TeamStation AI is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and evolve scalable backend services and APIs within a distributed systems environment. You will work with OpenSearch, cloud platforms, and data pipelines to power real estate intelligence platforms.

Join a remote Latin America team driving reliability, performance, and architectural excellence across multiple platforms. This role offers strong ownership and collaboration with product and engineering leadership.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience building and supporting backend or platform systems.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and backend application architecture.
• Experience designing or supporting scalable distributed systems.
• Strong debugging and production troubleshooting capability.
• Experience working with APIs, data-intensive applications, and service-oriented architectures.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Contribute to distributed systems and platform-level architecture initiatives.
• Help evolve search and data platforms using OpenSearch and modern backend technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across APIs, services, search infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering leadership on technical strategy and implementation.
