Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering with backend ownership.
- Experience at a growth-stage product company.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript and API design experience.
- Production experience with data-intensive platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own substantial product initiatives from design to deployment.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and data-intensive backends.
- Design reliable distributed systems and event-driven services.
- Translate customer problems into clear specs and plans.
- Use AI coding agents while ensuring architecture and security.
- Improve agent workflows with better tooling and feedback.
- Strengthen testing, CI/CD, observability, and production debugging.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
