Talentify is hiring a Senior Software Developer to build production-ready features across PowerPlan's tax, accounting, and workflow platform, using .NET and Azure. You will own meaningful features and grow fluency in the platform's architecture under the guidance of senior architects and SMEs.

This role emphasizes mentoring, code reviews, and design input, helping less experienced developers grow while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C# and API design.
• Strong SQL querying in Azure SQL/SQL Server.
• Cloud experience with Azure and scalable design.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready features across .NET/C# and Azure.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical input.
• Mentor less experienced developers through pairing and code reviews.
• Ensure code is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Review code, test thoroughly, and optimize performance.
