Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Service Delivery Manager to lead architecture and delivery for enterprise-scale initiatives in our US-based Service Delivery Center. You will own architecture roadmaps, establish governance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years of enterprise application development, architecture and technical leadership.
• Deep experience with server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in microservices, API design, and Kafka event-driven integration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (JPA/Hibernate) and performance tuning.
• Strong software design fundamentals and knowledge of JSON/XML/REST/SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technology roadmaps for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Establish secure engineering patterns, reusable frameworks, and delivery governance.
• Lead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, dependencies and risk management.
• Influence senior clients and stakeholders with clear technical direction.
• Mentor and develop technical leaders and engineers within the team.
• Apply and enforce coding quality, security, testing, and automation standards across teams.
