Qualifications

• Familiarity with COBOL or mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET/C# applications in a legacy environment.
• Stabilize development and production environments with stakeholders.
• Design data movement and integration across platforms.
• Analyze existing systems including COBOL/mainframe components.
• Support data modeling and ETL processes for reliable data flow.
• Collaborate with federal staff, vendors, and internal teams.
• Contribute to system and network architecture discussions.
