Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a highly experienced .NET Architect to guide the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital banking solutions for a major banking client.

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architectures, and AWS services. The ideal candidate will lead modernization efforts toward microservices, mentor globally distributed teams, and ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• AWS Certification is mandatory.
• 12-18 years of IT experience.
• Strong experience designing and architecting large-scale apps using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with Banking/Financial Services clients is preferred.
• Willing to work from San Diego, NYC, or Fort Mill or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture strategy for mission-critical banking applications.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Lead modernization from legacy platforms to microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and design sessions.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout projects.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and automation best practices.
