Cloud and Things seeks a Senior Developer to support the NYC Department of City Planning on the Linear Integrated Ordered Network Redesign project. You will develop enterprise .NET applications and ArcGIS Pro editing solutions, ensuring spatial data accuracy, scalable agency systems, and efficient workflows through an onsite role in New York City.

The position covers full-stack development with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 9, ArcGIS tools, SQL Server, and Azure.

Formación

8+ years as full-stack .NET developer (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9, EF, MVC, SQL Server, Azure).
4+ years ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcMap GIS solution design and development.
Hands-on ArcGIS Maps SDK for .NET, Python, ArcPy, Arcade, and ModelBuilder.
Experience with RESTful API development and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular).

Responsabilidades

Develop full-stack applications and ArcGIS Pro extensions.
Design GIS tools and workflows; integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs.
Build and optimize SQL Server and geospatial databases.
Leverage Azure services for scalable apps and data processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders; conduct code reviews and release management.
