Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior .NET Application Developer at the AVP level to design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.

You will work with the Technology team to advance applications systems and perform SDLC activities. The role requires strong backend/frontend skills, experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD; familiarity with DevOps tools and modern UI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend web development with .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS.
• Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Harness, Tekton, GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, IT planning, and new application development.
• Monitor all phases of development, testing and implementation.
• Analyze problems, evaluate processes, and ensure security in design and operation.
• Consult with users and tech groups to propose advanced solutions.
• Define standards and operate with limited supervision.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using .NET Core MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS.
• Create automated workflows, scalable databases, and API integrations.
• Manage SDLC artifacts and code promotion for compliance.
• Participate in UAT and resolve defects to meet release timelines.
