Job summary

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer to join the IT Gas and CO2 systems team. You will build and maintain custom and commercial solutions for pipelines and terminals in North America, reporting to the IT application development manager.

Responsibilities include transforming business specs into technical docs, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, and delivering robust applications within the organization's standards and lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or similar preferred.
• 3+ years in Microsoft tech in application development.
• Proficient in .NET and SQL Server, with C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong communication of technical requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business specs into functional and technical specs (docs).
• Design and develop minor to complex solutions with IT and business teams.
• Develop, support, and integrate applications per standards and best practices.
• Adhere to Waterfall and AGILE SDLC and project management.
