Conduent is seeking a Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise web apps using Microsoft technologies such as Angular, C#, and .NET. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate across teams, and mentor developers while delivering secure, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, CI/CD via GitHub and Azure DevOps, and close cooperation with security, infra, and business teams to drive delivery excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
Proficient with C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6+ and Angular.
Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations with SQL Server.
Manage and support web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, including deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
