Qualifications

• Proven success in optimizing processes for on-time delivery of complex technical projects.
• Experience transitioning systems from PoC to production with DoD customers.
• Proven expertise in software integration across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.
• Build a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance on integration and test development.
• Lead transition of systems from prototype to production with scalable processes.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between engineering and other departments.
