Scientific Research Corporation seeks a seasoned NEPA specialist to support Cape Canaveral Space Force Station projects. You will develop defensible environmental documents, coordinate fieldwork, and lead public involvement to inform timely decisions.

Responsibilities span CATEX, EA, and EIS development, biological permitting, and coordination with stakeholders. A strong writing background and experience with regulatory reviews are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an environmental field as listed.
• 5+ years of experience supporting environmental compliance and NEPA.
• Technical writing for regulatory documents and impact analysis.
• Field visits and synthesis of stakeholder inputs into defensible docs.
• Public involvement and document control for government deliverables.
• Experience authoring CATEX and EA documentation.
• Biological permitting and ESA Section 7 coordination experience.
• Ability to coordinate technical studies (wetlands, cultural resources, noise/air/water).
• Archaeological survey knowledge and readiness to work with qualified personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide NEPA program support across CATEX, EA, and EIS development and reviews.
• Draft technical input for NEPA documents and coordinate fieldwork with CCSFS stakeholders.
• Support wetland, biological permitting, and ESA Section 7 coordination activities.
• Plan and conduct public meetings and involvement actions as needed.
• Attend government meetings and prepare agendas/minutes; ensure regulatory compliance.
