Scientific Research Corporation seeks an experienced NEPA specialist to support government clients at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. You will develop legally defensible environmental documentation, perform compliance reviews, and coordinate fieldwork and public involvement to support timely decisions.

Responsibilities include drafting input for CATEX, EA, and EIS, conducting site visits, evaluating impacts across resource areas, and supporting biological permitting and ESA Section 7

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental science or related field.
• 5+ years of NEPA compliance and documentation experience.
• Ability to conduct site visits and synthesize stakeholder input.
• Experience drafting CATEX and EA documents.
• Familiarity with public involvement and document control for government deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Draft NEPA documents across CATEX, EA, and EIS stages.
• Coordinate fieldwork and stakeholder input.
• Support biological permitting and ESA Section 7 consultations.
• Plan and conduct public meetings and agency briefings.
• Review proposed actions for compliance and prepare supporting analyses.
