• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or Environmental Science or related field.
• 5+ years of NEPA Analyst experience on transportation projects.
• Experience with NEPA process and LaDOTD procedures.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading environmental project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as environmental project lead for NEPA studies.
• Prepare NEPA documents (CEs, EAs, EISs) for DB and DBB.
• Coordinate development of avoidance and minimization measures.
• Lead public engagement and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop and review environmental scopes of work and proposals.
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
