Job summary

CorTech LLC is seeking an experienced NDT Technician III with strong X-Ray and Digital Radiography experience to perform non-destructive testing on aerospace sheet metal components. The ideal candidate will have NDT hours with FPI, Radiographic and Digital X-Ray certifications, read blueprints, and develop or approve NDT techniques while collaborating with Quality, Design, and Manufacturing teams.

• NDT hours and certifications required (FPI, RT, DR).
• Experience with X-ray and Digital Radiography in aerospace.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT on aircraft sheet metal components.
• Interpret findings per specifications and approve techniques.
• Create/approve technique sheets for FPI, RT, DR.
• Program and operate Digital X-ray systems.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing.
