Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• NDT certification hours in digital X-ray, radiographic and FPI methods.
• Experience applying digital radiography and X-ray inspection techniques.
• Ability to analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing planning documents.
• Basic GD&T understanding.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute FPI, radiographic, and digital X-ray evaluations on intricate components per standards.
• Develop and maintain NDT technique documentation; review/update workflows.
• Operate and program digital X-ray equipment; document findings.
• Audit NDT workflows and coordinate with clients for approvals.
• Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensional specs.
• Identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Audit performance of technicians and provide oversight as needed.
• Maintain records in internal systems.
